No agency in Qatar publishes what it charges. Rankly does, across every service line, because a price list that covers only the easy services is not really a price list.
Everything below is what Rankly receives. Where a figure is a range, the range reflects real scope differences and the quote names a single number before anything starts.
The 5% withholding tax, in one paragraph
Qatar law puts a 5% deduction on cross-border service invoices, taken by you and paid to the General Tax Authority by the 16th of the following month. Rankly invoices from outside Qatar, so every invoice is grossed up: a published QAR 2,900 arrives as an invoice for QAR 3,053, you withhold QAR 153 and send it to the government, and QAR 2,900 reaches Rankly. You are not paying 5% more to Rankly. You are paying the same, and the tax sits on top where your finance team expects to find it.

Questions we get asked
Why publish any of this?
Because the alternative wastes both sides a fortnight. A published figure lets you decide in two minutes whether this is worth a conversation, and it means nobody is quoted a number based on how their office looked.
Can I combine services?
Yes, and most clients do. A retainer plus a one-off project is the common shape. Combined work is quoted as a single monthly figure rather than stacked line items, so there is one number to approve.
What is not on this page?
Anything requiring a Qatar commercial registration, including government tenders. Printing and fabrication, which stay with a local supplier. Influencer management and on-the-ground content production, which need someone in Doha. Those are referred out rather than marked up quietly.
How do I pay?
Monthly in advance, by bank transfer. Invoices carry the gross-up described above, and the withholding certificate should come back each month for your records.
