Content Creation in Qatar, QAR 3,800 a Month

Monthly content kit, QAR 3,800. Sixteen graphics, eight bilingual captions, four short-form video edits, every month.

Social graphics kit, QAR 2,100 once. Twenty editable templates in English and Arabic, so your team can produce its own.

The first is for a business that wants the work done. The second is for one that has somebody who can post but nothing decent to post with.

What a restaurant or a gym actually needs

This is the creative product most small Qatar businesses genuinely buy, because the need recurs every month and never gets finished.

A restaurant needs a new dish announced, a weekend offer, the Ramadan iftar set, a National Day post, and something for the days in between. A gym needs class schedules, a January intake push, and member content that does not breach anyone's privacy. A salon needs before-and-after work presented respectfully and a booking link attached.

None of that is a campaign. It is a steady monthly output that has to keep arriving, and the reason it usually stops is that the owner is running a kitchen or a gym floor instead of a content calendar.

The Qatar commercial year. Ramadan is lunar and moves about eleven days earlier each year, which is why it is drawn as a window rather than pinned to a month.
What it covers

What arrives each month

  • 16 graphics

, designed to your brand, sized for the platforms you actually use
  • 8 captions

, in English and Arabic, covered in detail below
  • 4 short-form video edits

, up to 60 seconds each, cut from footage you or a local shooter provide
  • A content calendar

agreed a month ahead, so nothing is decided the morning it posts
  • Two revision rounds

across the batch, then QAR 350 each

Everything is reviewed by Arbaz before it reaches you.

About the bilingual captions, precisely

Worth being exact here, because this is where creative agencies in Qatar overclaim.

The English captions are written as part of the kit. The Arabic versions are adaptations of an agreed English message, produced through the network's Arabic-capable member and sent to you for review before anything is scheduled.

That is not the same as original Arabic copywriting, and it is not sold as such. If your Arabic voice is a core part of your brand, or you are speaking primarily to Qatari nationals, you want a native Arabic writer creating from scratch rather than adapting. That is a different service and it is referred out.

The distinction matters because machine-translated or carelessly adapted Arabic is recognised instantly by the reader you were trying to reach.

Matched point sizeRanklyArabic reads thin and secondaryMatched visual weightRanklySet larger, so the two carry equallyStrokes, not letterforms. The point here is proportion. Real Arabic is drawn by someone who reads it.
Arabic and Latin do not read at the same optical size. Set to matched point size the Arabic looks secondary, which is what makes a lockup read as a translation.

How it is delivered

The monthly output is produced by the production network and reviewed by Arbaz before any of it reaches you. He briefs it, rejects what is not good enough, and is the person you raise it with when something misses.

Everyone in that network has passed a paid test brief. Nobody is in Doha, and nothing on this page suggests otherwise.

What is excluded

  • Photography and videography

Rankly does not shoot in Qatar. The video edits are cut from footage you supply, and where a job needs someone with a camera, a local shooter is recommended.
  • Posting and scheduling

Files are delivered to you. Scheduling and community management sit with your team or with paid social.
  • Replying to comments and messages

Not offered, and it should stay with whoever knows your business.
  • Influencer coordination

    Referred out.
  • Licensed stock imagery, music and fonts

    , quoted separately at cost.
  • Original Arabic copywriting

    , as set out above.

The Qatar calendar this is planned against

A content kit that ignores the local year is worth very little, so the calendar is built around it.

  • Ramadan

is the commercial peak and needs creative prepared well in advance rather than during the first week. Browsing moves late into the evening and the tone of everything shifts.
  • Eid

is the sharpest spike of the year for food, retail and gifting.
  • Qatar National Day on 18 December

carries strong national sentiment. Brands handle it well or badly with very little middle ground, and the safe version is participation rather than appropriation.
  • June to August

empties a large share of the expatriate population. Output continues at lower volume, because an abandoned profile in September looks worse than a quiet one in July.
  • The week runs Sunday to Thursday

Imported scheduling templates push the strongest posts into the Qatari weekend.
The numbers

What this costs

Service QAR
Monthly content kit 3,800 per month
Social graphics kit, one-off 2,100
Additional short-form edit 580 per video
Print or menu design 1,600
Additional revision round 350

The monthly kit works out considerably cheaper than commissioning the same output piece by piece, which is the point of it. Everything else is costed on the pricing page.

Questions

Questions we get asked

Can I cancel the monthly kit?

Thirty days' notice, same as everything else here. You keep every file produced and the source files on final payment.

What if I have no footage for the video edits?

Then the month delivers graphics and the video allowance carries over, or a local shooter gets recommended. What does not happen is the allowance quietly disappearing.

Do you write the strategy as well?

Content strategy, meaning what to post about and why, is included in the calendar conversation. Broader marketing strategy sits with the digital marketing page.

Who owns the templates?

You do, on final payment, as editable files. The point of the one-off graphics kit is that your team can keep producing without coming back, and that is a legitimate outcome, not a lost sale.

Will this grow my following?

Probably, not by itself, and that is worth saying. Organic reach for small business accounts has been falling for years. A content kit keeps the profile credible for people who find you elsewhere and gives paid campaigns something decent to run. Treating it as a growth channel on its own is how these retainers disappoint.

Before you commit to a month

Say what you sell, where you post, and whether you have anybody producing content now. The reply comes back with a recommended starting point and the number attached to it, which is often a smaller first purchase than people expect.

A month of content is easy to commit to and hard to undo, so it is worth knowing which pieces earn their place before you buy twelve of them.
