Getting in touch

Contact

Three ways to start, ranked by how much they ask of you. Pick the lowest one that gets you what you need.

Send a question

The lowest-commitment option, and the one most people should use first.

Message on WhatsApp at 00923331627535 or email [email protected] with a straight question. What would you do about this, is this worth fixing, is my category even viable in Qatar.

You get a real answer, not a request for a call. If the honest answer is that you do not need to hire anyone, that is the answer you get.

Ask for the free audit

Send your website and what you sell. The form asks those two and an email address, one question at a time, and takes under a minute on a phone.

Within two working days a real person spends thirty to forty-five minutes on it and sends back three genuine findings, one quick win you can implement yourself, and one thing that needs help. No automated PDF and no sales call attached. Full detail on the free audit page.

Two hundred issues ranked by a tool against three findings ranked by what they are worth. Ranking them is the part the tool cannot do.

Book fifteen minutes

For when there is a specific decision to make: a migration, a rebuild, whether to spend on search or on ads first.

Fifteen minutes, on WhatsApp or a call, with no deck. Bring the question and you will get a direct answer. If it turns into a longer piece of work, that gets scoped afterwards in writing with a number attached.

The numbers

When you will hear back

These are commitments, not aspirations.

You send You hear back
WhatsApp message, during working hours Within 2 hours
WhatsApp or email, outside working hours Next working morning
Free audit request Within 2 working days
A scoped proposal after a call Within 3 working days

If something is going to be late, you get told it is going to be late rather than finding out by waiting.

Hours, and the Qatar working week

Working hours are 9am to 6pm Qatar time, Sunday to Thursday.

The weekend here is Friday and Saturday. Businesses close for Friday prayers around 11am to 1pm, and Friday messages get answered on Sunday unless something is urgent.

Ramadan shifts this every year. Working hours shorten, and a good deal of business moves to late evening. Expect adjusted hours during Ramadan, published in advance rather than discovered.

Messages sent inside the Qatar working day get answered inside it, not overnight. That is worth checking with any provider you are comparing, because a two-hour overlap at the end of the afternoon turns every question into a day of waiting.

Google filters map results by whether you are open right now, so a profile built on a Western week disappears on a Qatar working day.

How the work runs

Everything runs over video, email and WhatsApp, which is how most of this gets done regardless of who you hire. Two things sit outside that: in-person meetings, and work that requires a Qatar commercial registration, such as government and most semi-government tenders.

If either of those is a requirement on your side, it is worth knowing in the first conversation rather than the second month. Everything else runs the same as it would with any other provider, and usually faster, because there is nobody in between.

What happens to your details

  • Your website, email and whatever you tell about your business is used to answer you. Nothing else.
  • No mailing list. Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to anything.
  • No drip sequence and no follow-up chasing. If you go quiet, that is taken as an answer.
  • Nothing is sold, shared or passed to a third party. There is no third party.
  • Ask and your details are deleted.
Questions

Questions we get asked

Is there a phone number?

00923331627535. WhatsApp reaches the same place and is faster, which is true of most business in Qatar and is why it is listed first.

Can we meet in person?

No, and it is worth being direct about that rather than arranging something that will not happen. Video works for anything a meeting would cover, and the written roadmap is usually more useful than either.

What if I just want advice, not a retainer?

Consulting runs at QAR 900 an hour with no minimum and no retainer attached. Plenty of people use an hour to check a plan or settle an argument internally, and that is a perfectly good use of it.

Do you answer during Ramadan?

Yes, on shortened hours that get published in advance. Response times stretch a little and you will be told what they are rather than left guessing.

I am not in Qatar. Can you help?

Probably not, and you would get better value elsewhere. Rankly is Qatar-only on purpose. The market knowledge is the thing being sold, and it does not transfer.

Start here

If you are not sure which of the three to pick, send the audit request. It costs nothing, commits you to nothing, and it tells you more about whether this is worth pursuing than a conversation would.

Free audit, three questions. Or message 00923331627535 on WhatsApp with your website and one line about what you sell.
