A Free SEO Audit, Done by Hand
Every business in Doha has already received an automated SEO audit. Forty pages, a red score out of a hundred, a list of missing meta descriptions, and a sales call two days later.
This is not that. A real person spends thirty to forty-five minutes on your site and sends back three things worth acting on. It costs nothing and it is not a disguised pitch.
What you get back
Within two working days, by email:
Three genuine findings
The things actually holding the site back, ranked, with the reason each one matters for your category in Qatar. One quick win you can implement yourself
Something you or your developer can do this week without hiring anyone. One thing that needs help
Named honestly, with a rough idea of the effort involved.
That is the whole deliverable. Short enough to read on a phone between meetings.
What it is not
- Not a tool report with the logo swapped.
- Not a hundred-point checklist where ninety-four points do not apply to you.
- Not a score out of a hundred, which measures nothing a customer cares about.
- Not followed by a sales call unless you ask for one. If you read it and never reply, that is a normal outcome.
What we need from you
Three questions. Nothing else, and no phone number unless you want to give one.
- Your website
- What you sell
- An email address to send it to
What you sell is the one that does the work. It decides which searches get looked at, and an audit that assesses a site in isolation rather than against the category it competes in is worth much less. If there is a particular competitor you measure yourself against, add it in the reply and it gets read alongside.
Who does it
Arbaz does them. Ten years in local and international search, and the same person who would run the account if you became a client.
There is no junior running a scan. That is also why there is a queue sometimes, and why the answer is two working days rather than instant.
Why this is free
Because it is the most efficient sales process available and it is honest about being one.
Most Qatar agencies spend the first meeting establishing credibility. This replaces that meeting with evidence. If the findings are good you will consider the paid work, and if they are not you will not, and both of us save a fortnight.
It also filters well. The businesses that read three specific findings and reply with a question are the ones worth working with.
The paid audit, when you need the full version
The free mini-audit is a sample. Some situations need the complete picture, usually before a redesign, a migration or a budget decision.
| Audit | QAR |
|---|---|
| SEO audit, technical and content and local | 4,500 |
| Ecommerce SEO audit | 7,500 |
The paid version covers crawl and index health, site architecture, every commercial page, the local profile, the link profile, competitor gaps and a ranked implementation roadmap. You get a working document your developer can act from, not a PDF.
It is a one-off with no retainer attached, and the fee is credited against your first month if you start one within sixty days. Full detail on the pricing page.
What happens after
Nothing automatic. No drip sequence, no newsletter, no second email a week later asking if you saw the first one.
If you want to talk, reply to the email or send a WhatsApp message. If you want to act on the findings yourself and never speak to Rankly again, that is a perfectly good outcome and the findings are yours.
Questions we get asked
Is this actually free?
Yes, with no card, no trial and no obligation. The limit is time rather than money: it is thirty to forty-five minutes of real work, so the sample is deliberately small.
How is this different from the free audits I already get?
Those are generated by a tool in four seconds and sent to everyone who enters a URL. This one is read by a person who looks at your competitor, your category and the actual search demand in Qatar, then writes three sentences that apply only to you.
What if my site is a mess?
Then the findings are more useful, and you will get a straight answer about whether fixing it is worth more than rebuilding it. Sometimes the honest answer is that the current site cannot be salvaged economically.
Will you tell me I need to hire you?
Only if that is true. A reasonable share of these end with a recommendation to fix one thing internally and check back in six months, or to spend on Google Ads first because search will take too long for the situation. Both are more useful than a proposal.
Do you audit sites in Arabic?
The technical and structural review covers an Arabic site perfectly well, and that is most of what an audit finds. Judging the quality of the Arabic copy itself needs a native reader, which is not something to claim here. Say so when you send it and the reply will be clear about which half it covers.
What if I am not in Qatar?
The market knowledge here is Qatar-specific, which is most of the value. For a business outside Qatar the findings would be thinner, so it is better to ask someone who works your market.
Send it over
The form asks three questions, one at a time, and takes under a minute. WhatsApp works too, and is usually faster: send the link to your site and one line about what you sell.
Replies go out within two working days. A Thursday afternoon submission comes back Sunday or Monday, because the Qatar weekend falls in between.
