The Most Valuable Traffic in the Set
This project has neither the biggest audience here nor the most keywords. It has by a wide margin the most valuable traffic, and the gap between those two facts is the whole point of the page.

What the panel shows
Ahrefs estimates 35,400 organic sessions a month from 5,300 ranking keywords, with 313 terms in the top three. Domain Rating sits at 39, built on 461 referring domains, which is a modest link profile by any standard.
Estimated traffic value is $49,900 a month. That is what buying the same visits through advertising would cost.
Five thousand keywords, fifty thousand dollars
Compare that with the jewellery project on this site, which ranks for three times as many keywords and carries a quarter of the value. Or with the men's fashion one, which has more than twice the keyword count and is worth $3,500.
The difference is not effort. It is that a click from somebody researching a regulated pharmaceutical product is expensive to buy and a click from somebody browsing shirts is cheap. Advertisers bid what the customer is worth to them, and organic traffic inherits that valuation whether or not anybody planned it.
This is the argument for judging search work on traffic value rather than sessions, and it is why the reporting described on the SEO services page counts enquiries instead of either.
A step, not a climb
The chart is flat from April to early September 2023, then steps up and holds at the higher level for the remaining seven months.
A step like that usually means something discrete: a batch of pages indexed, a technical block removed, a site section finally crawlable. It does not look like content compounding, which arrives as a slope. Without access to the account it is not possible to say which from the outside, and this page will not guess.
What it does not tell you
Nothing about revenue, conversion, or whether those 35,400 visitors were the right ones. A pharmaceutical manufacturer selling to distributors may find that a thousand of those sessions matter and the rest are students and patients.
Traffic is 93.1% United States and 5% Canada. The regulatory environment for pharmaceutical content in those markets is not Qatar's, and the Ministry of Public Health here takes a different view of what a manufacturer may publish.
Reading this against a Qatar category
Check what a click in your category costs before you decide what search is worth to you. A Qatar clinic, a legal practice or a business setup consultancy sits in the expensive half of that spread, and the arithmetic on the pricing page works out very differently there than it does for a shop selling low margin goods.
