Most of This Traffic Sits on Very Few Pages
Twenty six thousand sessions from two thousand nine hundred keywords is nine visits per ranking term. That is roughly nine times the ratio on the dental project here, and it describes a very different kind of risk.

Reading the panel
Organic traffic is 26,000 sessions a month, spread across just 2,900 ranking keywords. Only 174 of those hold a top three position. The site carries 640 referring domains for a Domain Rating of 42, and the traffic would cost around $7,000 a month to buy.
The window is six months to March 2024.
Concentration, and why it is a risk
When nine visits arrive per ranking term, a small number of pages are carrying nearly everything. That is efficient while it lasts and fragile when it stops.
A long tail spreads risk: losing ten terms out of twenty five thousand is invisible. A concentrated profile does not: one page slipping from position two to position six can remove a noticeable share of the month. There is no diversification underneath it.
The 174 top three positions against 2,900 ranking keywords says the same thing from the other side. Most of the keyword list is ranking somewhere it collects very little, and the traffic is coming from a handful of terms doing all the work.
The chart is genuinely volatile
Traffic steps up sharply in December, peaks in January, and then swings by roughly a third either way across February and March. It is the noisiest line in this set.
Volatility on that scale, in a category with seasonal demand, usually means a few high volume terms moving in and out of the positions that matter. It is the behaviour you would predict from the concentration above, and the two readings support each other.
What the panel cannot show
Whether those few pages are commercially the right ones. A cleaning supplier can rank strongly for an informational term with no purchase behind it and see the traffic number look healthy while the order book does not.
Audience is 90.2% United States and 8% Canada. Cleaning and hygiene supply in Qatar is a substantially contract driven market rather than a search driven one, which limits how far any of this transfers.
The risk to check on your own site
Open your analytics, sort landing pages by sessions, and see how much of the month arrives on the top three. If it is most of it, you have this profile, and the work to do is breadth rather than more of what is already working.
That diagnosis is part of the free audit, and the broader argument for category depth is on the ecommerce SEO page.
